Last Minute Inspiration for a Delicious Super Bowl Spread

Still looking for some tasty nibbles to wash down all that beer today? It’s not too late.

They go great with his Ginger Scallion Noodles [3].

Homemade Pita Chips [4] are so much better than anything you can buy - and they are incredibly simple to make.

My Easy Sausage and Peppers Calzones [5] are absolutely scrumptious and are made with refrigerated pizza dough - though, no one would ever guess!

Who doesn’t love a great sandwich? The Rachel [6] is just like a Reuben, except it’s filled with juicy hot pastrami instead of corned beef.

These Pacific Rim Burgers [7] with Ginger Mayonnaise take a little prep time, but they are absolutely wonderful! Seriously, I think they are my favorite burger of all time!

And, let’s not forget these adorable little Meatloaf Cupcakes [8]!
