We here in SGCCland are huge fans of South American cuisine, particularly Peruvian food. We’re lucky to have several excellent Peruvian restaurants in town. It consists of a seasoned, seared steak accompanied by fried potatoes and sauteed onions, and topped with a fried egg. It is Mr. SGCC’s favorite favorite thing to order there. I have to agree with him. It is really good! read more >>

Hello and welcome to SGCC! I’m Susan, a professional writer, food columnist, recipe developer, wife, mother, daughter and sister, who used to be a lawyer in a previous life. I hope that you enjoy yourself while you’re here, and visit often! read more >>
