I made a version of this dish for our Thanksgiving meal this year and it was fantastic!!! I added broccoli and changed the cheese to Fontina with delicious results! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe… it’s going to be making frequent appearances at our dinner table.

I’m not normally a huge fan of cauliflower, but this looks incredible, and is the second Ina Garten cauliflower recipe to tempt me this week. I might have to be brave and try it.
