Well, I don't have a recipe, but now that I think of it, pomegranate punch sounds really good! I suppose I would use soda, lemon concentrate, lemon and lime slices, and of course, pomegranate juice! Mmm!

Although it is a rather labor intensive endeavor, I like to make Pomegranate jelly.

I have been eating pomegranates on just about everything lately. My favorite is with vanilla yogurt and a few walnuts or pecans on top. I made some killer brownies from the POM website this last summer that I thought were de-lish. And lately I've been wanting to try replacing some alcohol in a chocolate bundt cake with POM juice instead. Lovin' POMs!

I love sprinkling the seeds in salad, on top of a thinly sliced grilled steak/arugula on bagette appetizer and my fav. holiday cocktail is a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute, POM juice on top and fill with prosecco.....YUM!

Every time I plan to use pomegranates in a recipe, I end up eating it all before I get the rest of the ingredients together. That ice cream picture makes me want to try again though.

I think it all started when I was in elementary school many, many years ago. When the poms hit the stores, Mom would let each of us kids buy one - they were so exotic! Oh, the memories of the long minutes picking the very best one, and the hours trying to keep it away from my brothers.
