I just made this for dinner and I realllllly enjoyed it, perhaps too much!!! I did add one little thing, because I like spicy, I added a tsp of chili garlic paste. I have some fresh egg noodles that I've been trying to figure out how to use (other than in a soup). I love your addition of carrots - the flavors combine well but they also add some nice crunch!
