Susan, I didn’t see (or read the directions) that you have to grind the coconut up, I was imagining strings of coconut in this, which is why I didn’t see any in your crumble! haha
I too added it, and loved it!

Lol! Forgetting the cinnamon actually worked out well for me. My mother is allergic to it and so I was able to share the “cinnamon-less” crisp with her.
