These turned out delicious! I think you don’t quite need so much veggies, though, if you are only making 4 fillets…probably 1 of each and 1/2 a fennel bulb. It also seems a waste in that I don’t know what to do with the veggies/oranges afterwards (they get covered in sort of filmy fat that releases from the salmon). The method is great though, I will just play with the flavourings. Easy!!!
