We’ve had a recipe similar to this in the family for years and years; my Grandpa still makes it for Sunday dinners in the summer when Romaine is fresh and local.

One thing that we’ve changed recently is to add capers! I know that is may sound odd, but we had a local food guru recommend it, and capers just give the dressing a little extra something. Try it with your next Caesar, you won’t regret it!
