Had to try this cheescake after seeing, was one of the best I have ever had. I had to use graham cracker crust, and a different kind of fruit topping, but was still fantastic. Will be making again for Thanksgiving Thanks so much for posting!

Hi, i just made this cake yesterday.
i substituted the creme fraiche for sour cream. it worked fine.
