I love seeing the techniques. I thought that Dale might have had an edge on this challenge considering he worked with Daniel Boloud (LOVE him, ate at one of his restaurants and it was phenomenal!). <br/><br/>I really wasn't impressed with Spike and Manuel's Good Morning Vietnam offering... it just didn't look appealing. I also was disappointed in the dish that Zoi and (can't remember her name) made for Talk to Her... they really failed to make a dish that fit the description. <br/><br/>Can't wait for the next episode! <br/>ps... since I won once already no need to put me in again, I just love "dishing" on the show!
