I have made cornflake candy a thousand times for my kids and hubby over the years. I think they are their favorite and soooooo easy to make. But I’ve never drizzled chocolate on them. They looks wonderful. Gotta try it!

I have made these but with rice krispies. and in a 9x 13 witch is easier then making the cookies, also topped it with butterschoch and chocolate chips, melted. still a good snack

I found this on Pinterest and it was delicious. I used about 3/4 C. Of light blue agave instead of the cup of corn syrup and it worked really well I thought.

Thank you Kim! I was wondering if that would work. I also like the idea of making them in a pan and melting the chocolate chips on top, i do the same for brownies sometimes, so i must try it!
