		<description>Just found this recipe and I&#039;m making this over the coming weekend.  YUM!  I always make my sauce with San Marzano tomatos, but it&#039;s never sweet enough for the husband.  The carrots are a great idea!</description>

		<description>tartelette - I think we would find this to be the case with most European cooks.  Daughters learned by watching their mothers.  No need to write anything down.  I have heard of boiling the meatballs, but have never tried it.  Maybe next Sunday.........</description>

		<description>This post was like reading conversations between my mom, my grandmother and myself. They both tauht me how to cook by feeling and smell, same for baking breads and making batters. An It alina friend of mine boils her meatballs instead of baking them. I found that odd at first but they came out so moist! I love the recipe of this post. Hard work pays off!</description>
